We’re Marimba Café, a Latino owned and Veteran owned coffee shop founded by husband and wife duo Eric and Michelle in Hackensack, New Jersey. Rooted in our Colombian and Puerto Rican heritage, we bring our culture to life through specialty coffee, matcha, food, community, and good vibes.

Inspired by our roots and the community we call home, we created Marimba Café to be more than just a coffee shop in Bergen County. We’re a neighborhood café in northern New Jersey where you can grab coffee and matcha, enjoy Colombian and Puerto Rican inspired bites, breakfast and lunch, discover curated Latino brands, or simply slow down and stay awhile.
